General
The general conditions of sale and payment below apply to all the sales passed by internet shop, for the deliveries in all country and states that we deliver. The fact of placing order implies whole adhesion. The fact for us to not prevailing itself of a clause of these conditions, cannot be regarded as a final renunciation for the benefit of this clause, or unspecified an other clause of these conditions. If any of the clauses of these conditions proved to be inapplicable or null, the effectiveness and the validity of the other provisions would not be affected.

Orders
We commit ourselves with always all implementing so that your orders are delivered as soon as possible and the best conditions of safety. The drafting at the time of the order taking and the co-ordinates of the recipient does not engage that the responsibility purchasing to in no case it the salesman could not be responsabilisé for the defect or delay of delivery which could result from it. The salesman reserves the right in the event of out-of-stock condition in one or more products, to deliver an article of quality and price identical to the order.

Deliveries
The deliveries are operated only according to the order of arrival of the orders.
For the orders in Metropolitan France, times of 24h before the hour of delivery is wished.
For the orders towards the other served countries, deadlines of 48 with 72h is required.


The delivery periods are only one purely indicative and the possible delays of delivery do not give right to the purchaser to cancel the order in progress, to refuse the goods or to claim damages.

Problem of delivery
Your florist carries out the deliveries with the only information that you give him. Also, the customer is only responsible if the address is false or incomplete, in the event of absence for telephone. In the event of absence of telephone, the delivery is carried out only once, if the recipient of the order misses, a transit advice note is left in the letter-box and the person will have to go in shop for recuperer her order. The salesman will hold informed the purchaser if the delivery cannot be carried out for reasons of causes beyond control as the strike, the accident, the fire, the floods, the not-provisioning, the weather or others.

Price
The price which you will regulate, is the total and final price of your order. This price includes/understands the price of the products, the taxes and the costs carriage. The prices are given in Euros. The payment of your order will be done only by bank card of type Visa or Mastercard. The data referring remain strictly confidential to it.

Guarantees
The delivered products are fresh products all complaints concerning those must reach us in the two days following the delivery. The acceptance and the conditions of the return of a product can be accepted only by formal agreement between the salesman and the purchaser.

Litigations
A detailed attention will be paid to the complaints, for this fact the purchaser will be addressed directly to our company in order to find a solution friendly, well on if that proves to be necessary the commercial court is the only qualified one.
